PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD provides online fitness consultancy services focused on male muscle building, including but not limited to:

  • Movement pattern analysis and assessment for safe hypertrophy training
  • Personalised muscle-building programme design
  • Video form analysis and feedback for lifting technique
  • Ongoing coaching via video calls (Zoom, Skype) and messaging
  • Nutrition guidance for muscle growth as part of premium packages

All pricing is denominated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing clients.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a contract with us. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: The information and services provided by PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our consultants are fitness professionals, not medical practitioners.

Before beginning any exercise programme, you should consult with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your physical health.

We strongly recommend that you obtain medical clearance before starting any new exercise programme. PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from following our advice without appropriate medical consultation.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health, fitness level, and any relevant medical conditions.
  • Follow the exercise programmes and guidance provided to the best of your ability.
  • Communicate promptly if you experience pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during any recommended exercises.
  • Attend scheduled consultations on time or provide adequate notice for cancellations.
  • Use equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are payable in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major debit/credit cards.

All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel their consultancy engagement at any time by providing written notice via email to support@privatewellness.fit. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered. For cancellations made within 14 days of initial sign-up, a pro-rata refund may be offered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIVATE WELLNESS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
